Jason Statham is now the DUDE of unabashed, no-holds-barred action films. Despite the staid title like 'mechanic' and a plot line that is as simple as can be, Statham pulls punches - literally - like we haven't seen in any action film this year. Okay, to be fair, at least not yet. The plot of this film, as mentioned earlier, is simple enough for a toddler to fathom. But action junkies will get their mainline fix with this one. Kick-ass action delivered here. Recommended for action lovers.

In this inferior sequel to the 2011 actioner, Statham once again flexes his muscle as a hit man tasked with pulling off three seemingly impossible assassinations.Even the stubbly charisma and martial arts credentials of Statham can’t deflect from the formulaic screenplay and cookie-cutter characterisations. Even the most charitable Jason Statham fan will likely feel aggrieved by this hyper-violent piece of fluff.

Bishop, a trained assassin who went into hiding after putting up an act of being dead last time, is hauled back into business by former friend-turned enemy Craine Craine wants Bishop to make three kills or Gina dies. Three becomes somewhere closer to 300, and Gina never puts her American military training to any use.
